Overall, the process of making and shaping glass containers consists of 9 stages, starting from melting thhe glass in the furnace to the last few stages which are inspecting containers and sorting them.
Initialy, the glass material is put in a furnace that heats it to 105c, then the hot melted glass gets pressed in a mold to form the containers thickwall, afterwards it is transfared to another mould that have a bigger inner space so that the air could enter inside the cup.
Regarding the last four steps shown in the diagram, the glasscontainers is insearted into a kiln that heats it to 482c, following that the glass container is kept to cool for 1 hour at a tempreture of 25c. Subsequently an inspector is brought to check the final product and sort the containers from good to bad ones, lastly the good containers are put in a box for shoping and selling perposes
