The picture illustrates a company namely HB Office Recycling recycles unuseful office furniture and stuff from other businesses.
Three main stages are shown on the diagram. Collection of items, transport it to the facility, and separate them for different purposes.
To begin with the first sorting form, it is obvious that the first priority is to find goods that can be reused again for social communities, such as charities, schools, and special customers. Then it comes to the second priority, is remanufacturing of used furniture and trying to use repaired or new parts for repairing them. After goods are repaired HB Office llc can send them to their new customers.
Third priority for the company is applying to furniture which has no longer any use to someone. They are sent to the recycling center to separate them into plastics, metals, and wood. Finally it comes to the last stage, where furniture can not be used for any of these three priorities, that means they are non-recyclable. Also a very small portion of times 2% is non- recyclable are sent to landfill sites every time.
