The process begins when the cacao trees are grown in South America, Africa, and Indonesia. Once, red pods ripped, they are harvested to get white cacao beans. Further, beans are fermented and dried under the sun. In the following stage, beans are placed in large sacks to transport them by train or lorry.
In subsequent stage, cacao beans are transported by lorry to the factory, where beans are roasted. When this stage is completed, beans are crushed and outer shell is removed. The process ends when inner part is pressed to produce liquid chocolate.
