The illustration demonstrates the process of manufacturing fruit jam. Overall, seven primary steps are employed in the sequence, starting with the fruit being washed under running water, followed by the fruit being crushed and cooked with water at high temperature, and ending with the jam being displayed for family breakfast.
The first four steps aim to prepare and transform raw fruit into a usable mixture. Initially, 4 kg of fruit are thoroughly washed under running tap water. After this, the clean fruit undergoes a mashing process. This mashed fruit is then transferred to a pot for an initial high-temperature cooking stage lasting ten minutes, during which additional ingredients, including a quarter cup of sugar, two tablespoons of peanuts, and one cup of water, are introduced. Subsequently, the mixture is cooked again at a high temperature for thirty minutes, with two more cups of sugar and four cups of water added.
The finished jam is the result of the remaining steps. After being cooked, the jam is poured into various containers, which are sealed with lids and left to stand for an hour. Finally, the jam is consumed and served during a family breakfast.
