Overall, we have to go through 7 steps, starting with the fruit being washed under running water, followed by being cooked at a high temperature and ending with the jam being used for family breakfast.
First, 4 kilograms of fruit are washed under running tap water. After that, fruit is mashed using a masher. Then, the mashed fruit is placed in a pot and mixed with one cup of water, a quarter cup of sugar and two tablespoons of peanuts before being heated for ten minutes.
After that, four cups of water and two cups of sugar are added, and this mixture is cooked again at a high temperature for 30 minutes. Subsequently, the mixture is poured into different containers, which are then sealed with lids. Finally, the containers are left for one hour before the jam is ready to be eaten, especially at breakfast.
