The illustration shows the process of making jam from fresh fruits. The seven-step cycle begins with washing the fruits in clean water and ends with the family enjoying the jam at breakfast.
First, 4 kilograms of fruit are washed under running water. The cleaned fruits are then mashed and boiled at a high temperature for about 10 minutes. During this stage, a quarter portion of sugar, one cup of water, and two tablespoons of peanuts are added and mixed with a ladle.
After that, an additional two cups of sugar and four cups of water are added to the mixture, which is then boiled again on high heat for 30 minutes. Once the boiling process is completed, the hot jam is poured into different containers. Each container is sealed with a lid and left to rest for one hour.
In the final stage, the jam is ready to be served, and the family can enjoy it together at breakfast.
