The picture illustrates how a German company produces sugar.
Overall, it is conspicuous that the process comprises a number of steps, from harvesting, through crushing, shipping, solidifying, to delivering sugar to consuming places, namely supermarkets and restaurants.
At the beginning of the process, sugarcane grown in tropical regions is harvested after ripe and then is transported to an industry to collect their juice by crushing them. Subsequently, it is put into a partial filtration to gather raw sugar before the sugar is shipped by ariplane to Germany where one company expertising in the sugar production operates the next steps.
In the next stage, the raw sugar is completely purified through a process of heating and melting. Then, the liquid is crystalized by mixing with sugar syrup after which turns into a solid form, often in square shape. Before being packaged into a bag, these sugar crystals are dried by a big fan. The process ends with the finished products being delivered by a large trunk to supermarkets and restaurants.
