K+ Architect has design a floor plan of a one-floored house. This floor plan shows how you could transform a tightly packed space in a house to be more spacious with an open-space floor plan.

This floor plan consists for an entry, living/dining area, a kitchen connected with meals area, as well as two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The exsisting floor plan is designed to have every area confined into its own area, seperated by walls.

Walls in between rooms create a very tight and claustraphobic feeling, and in inefficient to go between rooms. To enhance and utilize the overall space that this house has, the revised design introduces an open-space floorplan where the kitchen is exposed to the living area, overlooking the dining area. This new layout allows the audience to have room to breathe and it is a lot more pleasing for the eyes to see.
