The proposed changes to be done for the floor plan by K+ architect as before renovation there are many empty spaces and need to arrange and relocate in proper manner.
As before renovation in the entry point there is no wall outside also in the left side of bedroom there was Robe separate section is created in cross side of bedroom there is bathroom but need to change like want to add bathtub and need to attach mirror also in right of bathroom there is meals & kitchen but in meals side the space is small are for food so need to report to local committee.
After got the permission, we started the renovation, first part we have shifted the verandah inside the entry point also in left side of that we shifted robe inside the bathroom that is master bed then there is a washroom opposite to master bedroom we rearranged as wash basin & bathtub and mirror. Then in kitchen area we shifted meals to centre area and kitchen in corner to get large area for food making.
To conclude the proposed planned we changed the main room like master bed room, Kitchen & washroom and utilize the many empty spaces and thanks to committee.
