The given flowchart illustrates how a high school graduate can enroll in a university. It can be clearly seen that there are several stages in the process, from the initial completion of secondary education to the final stage, which is the start of the degree.
overall, the initial stages like online application completion, documentation completion, acceptance, and enrollment are time-consuming, whereas the final stages are less.
In the first stage, students who successfully complete their secondary education can complete the online application for university admission first. After the completion of the application , they have to send it to the administrator. The further decision for the admission would taken by the administrator. It can be the rejection or the university requesting students to submit the supporting documents. If a student gets the rejection, they can complete an alternative course application and send it to the administrator again or the rejection leads to cancellation of the application. If the decision is positive, student have to provide the supporting documents. The documentation should be completed in a gap of two weeks and send to the administrator.
Within a gap of two weeks again they got a conditional offer, and the students had to accept and enroll. After enrolling, they can select their degree subjects which follows the registration process. After all the procedures, they can start their degree in their respective subjects. When compared to the initial stages of application completion and the acceptance of the application, the selection of the subject and administration are too fast.
