The image illustrates the process whereby bread is produced on a large scale industrially.
Overall, we can see from the graph that the process is almost fully-automative and this follows a six-stage sequence, involving from cleaning the raw wheat to packaging ready bread produced via aid of several pieces of machinery.
The process begins with placing raw wheat to special container for washing. Following this, the cleaned wheat is transferred to a machine which is responsible for grinding and making flour. Thereafter, the flour is mixed with water and yeast in the process of making dough with help of kneading machines.
The ready dough is then sent to another machine that shapes loaves mechanically. Having been shaped, the loaves are stacked on a special rack for baking in the oven at a set temperature. In the next and final stage, the only part with human intervention. The cooked bread is taken out of the oven and placed into boxes by a staff for transportation.
