The illustration depicts how blocks are being manufactured for a bulding industry.
The 7-step cycle begins with digging clay by a bulldozer and ends with delivery of the manufactured blocks to the building industry. This is achieved by rolling clay with a metal after which it is sent for moulding into blocks followed by drying and finally packaging before getting ready for delivery.
The process starts with digging clay by a bulldozer followed by rolling with a metal grid. They are then mixed with and water before being sent for mounding.
At stage 4, the already moulded blocks are being dried for 1 to 2 days in a drying oven afterwards it is sent to a multipurpose kiln and a cooling chamber to cool for 2 to 3 days respectively. These processes blocks are then packaged and are sent for delivery by a delivery van or lorry to the building industry.
