Overall, the bricks manufacturing has seven different stages starting from digging the clay and form of the bricks, after heating it need cool and finlly prepare for delivering.
At start, digger is used to put clay on metal grid, the small parts getting down to roller. after that water is added to sand and pass to Wire Cutter or Mouldor everyone of them shapes bricks. In fourth stage bricks go for drying to the oven it need 24-48 hours to dry, then it go to fifth stage in this stage bricks should pass three processes. In kiln it moderate and give 200c-980c heat and go for high heat. It heated from 870c-1300c in the same kiln. when it has finished it need to be cool, it keep in cooling chamber from 48-72 hours when it become completly coold, bricks are arranged in array and ready for delivery.
Finally bricks is distributing by trucks and are delivered to construction site.
