Moreover, in the east part of the map, the factory is across to Pie Walk.
The second diagram also demonstrates the new plan to develop the site of industrial site as housing. There are three bedrooms placed instead of entrance and reception place with a communal garden which has private roads around the area. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms that settled across to the Toe Lane. There are two parking areas in the area. First one is placed to the east of the bedrooms and the north of apartments. The other parking are is settled between bedrooms and apartments which has private roads around the parking garage is across to the Swallow Street.
