The diagram illustrates how a compact local museum and the environment around it changed from 1957 to 2007.
Overall, it is clear that the number of trees decreased significantly. Additionally, the museum itself witnessed a considerable change, having a twofold increase in the number of rooms.
In 1957, around two dozen trees grew near the museum as well as close to the road. The building consisted of three main rooms: a local history room to the left of the entrance hall, a museum storeroom to the right, and a national history exhibition opposite the entrance.
In 2007, the place changed substantially; the museum had twice as many rooms as in 1957. In the new layout, only the local history room remained in the museum, whereas five new rooms were constructed. First, the museum shop appeared at the entrance on the west side of the building. It was connected to a joint reception and local history room located in the middle of the museum. Then, the left side of the reception was occupied by a cafe, while special exhibition and education center rooms were on the north side of the local history room. Finally, a new car park was built to the left of the map, close to the road.
