Given are two diagrams that delineate the design of the existing Arts Centre and the required modifications to be made for the same infrastructure to make good use of its spaces.
It can be noted that, certain places names will remain the same before and after the innovation but with some adjustments. The performance area is an example where it will undergo some stretching in its size. Other spots will completely disappear such as Drinks and Snacks. Some locations will change as it can be seen in the Exhibition Space. Finally, the Entrance area will have negative change either in the current or new layout.
A major change is noticed for the Parking area, where it will occupy less than the half of the space it is in the future version to include additional areas such as the administration office, the garden, and the café and gift shop, making good use of the large unused space converting it to shops bringing income.
Additional notable adjustment that can be easily noticed with a perfunctory glance is the performance area where it showed two important facets. The first is its size where it will stretch vastly, on the other hand, the number of chairs will increase to more than the double reaching one hundred fifty seats instead of just sixty.
