This diagram shows the different between present day art centre to how it will look like after it has been developed.

There are several changes that will be made, most noticeably are the interior will be change and adding more room to the outside of the art centre, the car parking space will be a lot smaller than it use to be.

Before the art centre will be develop, this art centre have a huge are for car parking taking over all of the south and west side of the building, it have a small toilet and also the entrance and ticket office above the southern parking space. The exhibition space and administration office are both at the northern part of the art centre. The performance area is inside with only 60 seats and a snack bar to the east of it.

After the development, there are lots of things that are going to change this art centre. Firstly, there will be fewer car parking only thee southern-east side of the art centre, garden is going to be on the southern-west side, all of the west parking lot will be replace by the administration office, the exhibition centre and also the newly added cafe and gift shop. Next is the toilet space will increase, the entrance and ticket office will remain the same. Lastly, the performance area will increase by a large margin from 60 seats to 150 seats taking most of the northern and eastern space.
