The plan illustrates how an office building was transformed into a dental hospital.

Overall, according to the planned development, there will be extensive modifications to the building with some areas being repurposed and replaced with others.

At present, there are 4 offices side by side in the southern part of the apartment. Both entrance and reception are located near to one of the offices. Just by the reception there is the washroom. Kitchen, canteen and stock room are in the northwest, north and northeast parts of building respectively. There are two large grass areas situated in the east and west side of the establishment.

Based on planned development, two of the offices in the south will be transferred to the south part. The entrance and the reception are planned to be in the middle of two offices located in south side of the building. The kitchen and the canteen will be demolished and replaced by two offices. The grass area on the left will be repurposed as outdoor activity area. The wall covering the right side of the building will be destroyed and the grass are located there will now be a part of the building. Meeting area will be just by the office which is located on right hand side of the entrance. The new coffee machine will be operating in the northeast corner of the building.
