The given maps illustrate the present office building and the proposed changes for the future.

Overall, it is clear that many changes have been planned. The principal change planned is the removal of the grass areas along with the kitchen and the canteen.

Looking at the graph in more detail, at present, there are two grass areas to the west and the east of the building. The entrance is in the south east to there the building. The building has four offices along the southern wall and along the northern wall, there is a kitchen, a canteen and a stock room. Finally, there is a washroom next to the reception.

Many developments have been proposed for the future. Firstly, the western grassland will be converted into an outdoor activity area, while the building will have a toffee machine and a meeting area in the place of the eastern grassland. Secondly, the reception and the entrance will be shifted in the centre of the southern wall. Lastly, the locations of the offices will be changed and the kitchen and the canteen will be removed.
