The maps reveal how a town called Bridgetown was altered over period from 1700 to 2000.
Overall, the area had undergone a slight transformation from old medieval town to modern town . The area had became residential and more accessible , with the introduction of school ,railway and bypass.
There are two lands, left and right, connected by bridge. In 1700, there was a castle on north east of the map. There was a market place on north side of the map, behind of which was a forest right next to the castle.
In 2000, the area had undergone some transformations which made it more convenient , particularly railway line from south eastern to north eastern side and bypass in half moon figure from south western to north western side were constructed. While the castle was replaced by school, marketplace in the north stayed untouched. In addition, the forest in north had undergone deforestation.
