The map illustrates information about the changes in the layout of Brindell from 1800 to 2000. Overall, there were several significant changes across the three years. Farmland was always the largest space. Some areas on the map experienced changes in size across the years.
Farmland for crops from 1800 to 1900 and this for animals in 2000,which was situated in the northwest of the map, was the largest area throughout the three periods. Although it became slightly smaller over the years, it still remained the biggest in size. Next to this area, in the top right corner of the map was the woodland. In 1900, this space became smaller. And after a century, the woodland has become very small. In the same year, Bun hill park was formed. It is located between Farmland and Woodland. River stour which was gradually moved to the north was the main reason why Farmland became smaller.
On the other side of the river, opposite Farmland for crops was farmland for animals in 1800. After 100 years, this area was transformed into Bun hill which was a village for workers and next to this village was a small industry. In 2000, this land became larger, which allowed Bun hill and industry became larger. Brindell was located in the bottom left corner of the map which was larger in 2000.
