The blueprints provide information on how the layout of a classroom kindergarten has changed between 2010 and the present day.
Overall, the classroom has undergone significant improvement in teaching services. However, the number of recreational areas has been reduced.
Regarding the layout in 2010, at the center of the classroom located three different classroom tables. While there was a table for teacher on the western side in-between the two play areas, equipments for teaching purposes can be seen at the opposite direction, which involves a whiteboard, media system, puzzles and blocks. Meanwhile, other miscellaneous items, which include books, dolls, supplies for art, and a sink were situated at different corners of the room.
In the modern day, although these miscellaneous supplies remained unchanged, there is now only one area for recreational activities. Moreover, the teaching area has been revamped with modern technology, which includes smart-board, speakers and computer. Meanwhile, the former location of the removed teacher’s desk has been substituted with the classroom tables, allowing for a greater area of free space.
