The given diagrams illustrate the changes in the layout of a preschool classroom in 2010 compared to the present.
Overall, the classroom has undergone several modernisations, with traditional learning materials being replaced with technological devices, a new art area being added, and a wider space for students to study.
In 2010, there was a teacher’s desk on the left side of the classroom, along with a whiteboard, media system, puzzles and blocks on the opposite side, and three classroom tables in the middle of the room. The classroom featured two play areas: one in the upper left corner, positioned in front of dolls and toys, and the other located directly in front of the entrance, near the bookcases. The top right corner was used for storing art supplies, while the sink was placed at the bottom.
Currently, the overall layout has been simplified and modernised. Traditional equipment, such as the teacher’s desk, whiteboard, and other learning materials, has been replaced with modern technology, featuring a smartboard, speakers, and computers. One play area in front of the entrance was removed to give more space for students, while a new art area was added, right in front of the art supplies. However, the entrance, sink, bookshelves, and toy area remain unchanged.
