The pictures illustrate the life cycle of the salmon species by which an egg truns into an adult fish.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are 3 steps involved in the life cycle of salmon, from spawning to maturity.
Initially, adult salmon spawns around small stones and under reeds in the upper river which has slow-moving water, and then almost 5 or 6 months the eggs turn into the small salmon that are called Fry and their size is between 3 and 8 cm. Subsequently, Fry moves into the lower part of the riverwhich has fast-flowing water and it lives here for about 4 years.
In the next stage, about 4 years later the small fish grow about 12 and 15 cm, in this phase they called Smolt before becoming an adult Smolt moves onto open sea and stays here for 5 years. In the final stage, Smolt mature and turns into an adult salmon. An adult salmon is between 70 and 76 cm Lang, and it is ready for spawn and repeat the life cycle.
