The diagrams illustrate the layout of a college at present and the proposed changes that are planned for 2025.
Overall, the college is expected to undergo significant redevelopment, with the addition of new facilities, a rearrangement of classrooms, and the removal of some existing features such as the garden and footpath. It is also clear that the future design focuses on expanding academic facilities by increasing the number of classrooms and adding a shop.
At present, the college has a garden situated at the top, with a footpath running across it. Below the footpath lies the lunch area, surrounded by several key facilities. On the left side, there are two classrooms and a toilet, while on the right, there is another classroom, the reception, and the library. The car park and bus stop are positioned at the bottom near the road.
By 2025, the garden and footpath will no longer exist, and this space will be replaced with a shop, additional classrooms, and a toilet. The number of classrooms will increase, with new ones added to both sides of the lunch area, while the reception and library will remain in similar positions. The shop will be introduced in the top left corner, and the toilet will move to the upper central area. The lunch area will stay in the centre of the plan, while the car park and bus stop will remain unchanged.
