The diagrams depict that how the system supplies the water currently and its development in the future. Its recent layout is beginning with transporting the pure water from the dam to the users and ending in the waste water which is sent in the river. The layout in the future starts at the same step but the water flow ends in the stage which is sent to the water treatment plant.
Currently, the water supply system begins from sending water from the storage to a variety of users, such as households, shops, factories, and the city. Followed by transporting the waste water and storm water to the river, some of the waste water is distributed to the water treatment plant after the consumers use it. The development of the water supply system in the future has a big difference from the recent status.
Compared to the current situation, the waste and storm water which is delivered to the water treatment plant will no longer be sent to the river. At the former phases, the pure water is still sent from storage to the consumers, and then used by the same users. However, there is a significant change. The waste and storm water which already be used by users will be sent to the water treatment plant, instead of flowing to the river. Frequently, the pure water which is treated, will be then transported back to the consumers. This system becomes an ultimate cycle.
