The given diagrams provide information about how three different companies prefer to find new workers.
Overall, a striking feature is that no matter which method a company uses, the last three steps of recruiting are stay constant – shortlist, interview and job offer. It means that the ways are half-similar and have differences only in the beggining.
The A company’s method is the shortest and has the smallest count of steps starting with advertisement within company and sharply continuing by shortlist, interview and job offer like other companies. The way used by company B is longer and has more steps than company A’s, being more complex. The main feature is that they begin with advertisement in press, then consider applicants. After shorlist there are two pathes – interview or a test, ending up with a job offer. Company C uses the method which is similar to company A’s by the number of steps. It starts with external recruitment, continues either with advertisement by agents or research by headhunters and the ending stays the same with other two companies – shortlist, interview and job offer.
