Regarding the layout of the panel, there is a rectangular container, with an inlet and outlet pumps on each side. The inlet pump serves as an entrance for air and water to travel through, while the outlet one is where the heated outputs escape. In addition, a transparent glass sheet is positioned on top of the structure, which contributes in absorbing and trapping the heat from the solar source within the system.
At the beginning of the process, the sunbeam onto the transparent glass is absorbed, which is followed by the capture of the heat of these rays inside the panel, and thereby the generation of energy. Once an influx of unheated air is channeled through the inlet, it is warmed by the generated energy and turned into warmer air, ready to be utilized for household or manufacturing purposes. Similarly, chilly water is conducted through a zigzag pipeline within the container, before being heated to produce warm water.
