The diagram shows the process of producing chocolate.
There are 10 steps in the process of producing, beginning with growth of the cacao tree and ripe red pods and ending with inner part pressed liquid chocolate produced.
The first step of the process is growing the cacao tree, which was planted in S.America Africa Indonesia. Then, when the cocoa is ripe and has the red pods, they are collected and remove the white cocoa beans from the inside. The next step is fermenting beans between two banana leaves. After that, spread them under the sun to dry and put them in large sacks to convey them to the factory by train or lorry.
At the factory, the beans are roasted at 350 degree celsius and screened by the machine. The beans crushed are kept while the outer shells are removed. At the final stage, the inner part is pressed to produce liquid chocolate.
