Its clear that administrative and secretrial jobs has the highest employement rate in 2005 and is dominated by women. On the other hand, skilled trades jobs has the second highest employement rate and attracts more men than women.
Its shown that the rate of women securing positions in administrative and secreterial jobs were around 22, followed by personal service at the rate of 14. Skilled trades and process, plant and machines operations has the lowest female workers at around 2 only. In comparison, males occupy the least number of positions in personal service at around 2 workers.
Positions secured by both genders are approximately equal in elementary jobs, around 11 workers for eachn gender.While skilled trades jobs show a tremendous difference in the number of male and female workers, around 18 workers. Manager and senior officers attract 11 and 18 women and men respectively.
