Overall, it can be seen that Air is the highest form that released CO2 emissions among other types, and the largest percentage of funding being spent is roads.

The most significant feature in the bart graph is that Air is the highest transportation that released the CO2 emissions which is around 398 GRAMS of CO2 per passenger-KM following by passenger cars around 148 GRAMS of CO2 per passenger-KM making it become the second highest transportation that released CO2 emissions.

The most striking point to notes in the horizental graph is that over 50% of overall fund available being used in roads to become the largest funding that being spent.

Another important point is that the proportion of funding being used in numerous types of transportation such as public transportation, intermodal, inland waterway, ports, airport and unknown all those types being used the funding is just under 10% of overall funds available.
