The first chart displays the number of staff involved for a plane to transmit passengers between australia and some other countries. While on the second chart, number of passenger complaints per plane journey made on these routes is displayed; along with the average weight of load in kilogram carried per passenger.
regarding the crew chart, it is clear that the number of crew on the germany route is the highest with approximately 15 people, following by the Indonesia route, the New Zealand route and the Malaysia route with about 11, 8, and 6 crew on each flight, respectively.
Turning to the passenger complaints chart, the chart suggest a correlation between the number of complaints and the number of the crew on the plane, again with the Gemany route passengers making the highest amount of complaints and the New Zealand passengers making the least. It is also obvious that the passengers on routes with more average weight of baggage, make less complaints during a flight.
to sum up, the Germany route has the highest number of crew and average weight of luggage with New Zealand route having the least. Also there exists an opposite correlation between the number of passenger complaints and the average weight of luggage; with rise of one, the other one drops.
