The bar charts give information about average value of houses in two different metropolitans in a country over the period from 2010 and 2025 and the pie chart show the differences in the percentage of people who owned a house between the ages of 30-35 in 2010 and 2015.
It is clear that there was an increase in the number of housing prices in two city in a country over the period shown and the proportion of them to housing status also rose gradually from 2010 and 2015.
Looking at the line graph, it is evident that modernization has significant changes, particularly in the average value of houses in two cities within a country between in 2010 and 2025. Over that the period in the city A, there was a dramatic increase in the average housing prices, while in the city B has an rose gradually . In 2010, the housing price in the city A average about 350K dollars, which was almost 200k dollars higher than in the city B. However, over the next few years, this figure rose enormously and is precdicted to peak at 770k dollars in 2025. In comparion, the average housing price in city B has been increasing at a steady rate, doubling every year and is expected to peak at 400K dollars in 2025.
Regarding the pie charts, in 2010, approximately 70% of the people in 30-35 age group to possesive their houses, while the remaining 30% were unable to affort a house and therefore rented. However, in 2015, the chart was a smaller gap between owners and renters. The percetange of owers was increased by 10% compared to 2010 and the renters was decreased by 10% in 2025.
