The two bar chart compare the percentage of men and women who take part in four hame tasks (cleaning , cooking , pet care house repairing ¬) and also the amount of time spent on each task per day .
Overall, it is clear that women are involved in daily domestic activity for example cleaning and cooking however men participate house repair tasks. Another significant trend is that the time spend on each tasks mostly depends on how much men and women do that activity .
To begin with , the first chart , around 80of women are engaged in cooking , compared to only about 60 % of men take part in this activity .The proportion of females in cleaning is slightly higher at about 65% in comparision to 40 % for males .Pet care percentage both gender shared nearly similar standing .However the figure for house repair is different , around 20 %|of men doing this task whereas 10 % of women are involved .
According to the second chart , women also spent more time to cooking rather than men over 80 minutes compared to approximately 60 minutes .Cleaning takes around 70 minutes for women but men spent nearly 45 minutes . Both gender men and women spent on pet care is almost equal . Finally men devote 20 minutes on house repairs ., but women spent less than 10 minutes on this activity
