Graph reached this lowest point twice in 2000 and 2006. Nevertheless, line exceeded the needed percentage and stabilized from 2002 to 2004, and from the ending of 2007 to 2009. The growth was much more marked between 2007 and 2008 with a rise of four positions. This graph has much more increases than the first, and fluctuated over the period with noticeable growths, in addition stabilized at the highest point.
