The first chart illustrates the number of train passengers from 2000 to 2009 units of billion , while the second diagram shows the proportion of trains running on time at the same period .
Overall, the number of train passengers was slightly rose at the begging of the period and at the end ,and flacuated during the period . While the percentage of trains shows a significantly amount of increasing and decreasing before 2009.
In 2000 , number of train passengers was increased up to the 42 billion approximitly before the year of 2002 . Followed by a decline less than 40 in the year of 2003,then a grow up to the peak at 50 . From 2005 until 2008 a gradualy decrease again to 40.
A sharply increased of the proportion of trains shown from 2000 up to 2003 , and complete sequentially increased until 2004 . Between 2004 and 2006 , a swiftly drop about 4% was shown . This was followed by a 1% staidly swell in 2007 . However, the greatest rise was until 2008 when it rose by 4 % for one year . Then a period of staibilty was remain at the end of the period .
