Overall, the steps included in the hiring of an applicant are shown. A resume passes by two step observation, once by the employer’s assistant and then by the employer, before reaching to an interview.
The process starts with the submission of a CV. It then gets read by the assistant, which then leads to two outcome; either it is accepted, and carried forward, or it gets rejected. The second significant step is the reading of an application twice by the hiring manager. Possibilities similar to the second step come out of the process i.e., acceptance or rejection of an application by the employer. It then moves to the next step, where applicant is called upon for an interview. After this successful applicant is hired, and unsuccessful application gets rejected.
