The Flow diagram shows the recruitment process of an organization.
The hiring process starts with the submission of a resume, passes through two step reading process, and ends at the candidate being hired or not hired.
The first step of the process is the sending of a resume by an applicant. Then, it goes through a preliminary reading by an employer’s assistant, where the resume gets accepted or rejected by the assistant. The preceding step is similar to the previous step, but now the employer reads the resume that was selected by the secretary. After reading the application, the recruiter accepts or rejects the CV, like the assistant did in the previous filtering step. If the application is accepted by the employer, then the applicant is interviewed; otherwise, the resume gets rejected. After the interview, the employer hires or not hire an applicant based on the successful interview or unsuccessful interview, respectively.
