The flow diagram depicts the recruitment process of an organization.
A two-step application reviewing process is shown, where an assistant reads the application, and the same application is read by an employer.
The first step of the process is the submission of a resume. Initially, the application goes through the first step of scrutiny. In this phase, the employer’s assistant reads the resume, and if he accepts it, the application goes to the next step. In the other case, it is rejected at this step. Once the CV passes through the first layer, it reaches to the employer. Like his assistant, the hiring manager again reads the resume accepted at the previous step. The manager scans it, and if the employer accepts it, only then carried forward; otherwise, rejection is also possible here. The applicant, whose resume gets accepted, is called for an interview. If the interview is successful, the company hires the applicant, the unsuccessful interview leads to the rejection of the applicant.
