The flow chart illustrate the process of recycling aluminum can.
Overall, we can observe that the recycling process of aluminum can comes in 6 stages. Of course in figure 1 we can see clearly that it started with collected the aluminum can and there’s a box for keeping the cans.
Then, after the collecting stage, all the cans will be sent to the manufactured to get it cleaning, sorting, shredding and compression. When its all done, in figure 3 it will move to the heating part, which is the stage that gonna make it move forward to recycling.
After heating, in figure 4 we can observe that the materials that we got from the heating will be sent to be rolling in the machine to make it thick for about 2.5mm – 6 mm thick. In figure 5 , we can see that the aluminum cans are finally recycling and get to reusing as you can see in figure 6 with peoples are recycling reusing the cans which can help the environment better when the percent of recycled has increased up to 74%.
In summarize, the process of recycling the aluminum cans has came in 6 stages started with collecting,, cleaning then heating and rolling to thick and finally recycling.
