First of all, the interested candidate who wants to apply has to submit thier resume which is read by the employer’s assistant. After reading those,assistant decides whether to keep or reject the resume. If the resume is accepted, it reaches to the employer and again the resume is overviewed by the employer. Moreover, Employer decides whether to keep or reject it as usual. And last but not the least step, If the resume is accepted, the applicant is called for the interview.
