Overall, the process begins with scaning the items that customer wants to buy and ends with issuing a recipt. In addition, the employee at the check-out also greet and thank the customer.

After selecting the items, the customer take it to the check-out centre where the employee greet him and starts to scan the bar code from the items. After the scaning, the computer displays total cost the products and the employee tell the customer the total.

Then, the customer decides how he wants to pay it. They can either pay with cash or a card. In case of card, it had to be scaned to be able to pay from it. After payment, the customer is given the product he bought and a receipt containing the items that he bought and the amount that cost for each items. Lastly, The employee thank the coustomer to purschasing from the store.
