The given diagram illustrates the process of producing wine in a small-scale wine factory.
Overall, it is an eight-step procedure starting with the presence of workers and machines and ending with the transportation of final products to the warehouse.
Firstly, grapes are harvested by the workers from the vineyards with the help of machinery. Collected grapes are organized into containers then shipped to the factory. In the next step, the fruits are washed by hand and the removal of leaves and stems is also included in this process.
When the grapes are fully washed, they are crushed by a presser into juice in which yeast is added to the grape juice. The next stage of the procedure is to ferment this mixture in a two-month period in oak barrels. After fermentation, the juice turns into wine and is bottled in glass containers. Labels are also added in this step. Finally, wine bottles are delivered to the warehouse to complete the manufacturing of wine.
