Overall, the town centre will undergo a significant change with the addition of several facilities, such as a university, a bank, and a station. The most noticeable development is that the shops located accross the main road will be transformed into a shopping centre.
On the north side of the town centre, in the west, a car park will be constructed, whereas in the east a bus station will be installed. Moreover, the shops located between the car park and the bus station will be transformed into a shopping centre.
Looking to the south side of the town centre, the shops will remain unchanged. While the college located to the west of the shops will be converted into a university, a bank will be installed to the south of the university. Moreover, the park located to the east of the shops will be expanded with the addition of a cafe, also a new station will be established next to the park and cafe. In addition, a residential area will be built to the south of the shops.
