in 1970, Springer was wide area with a few buildings, however with a large farmland and forested regions. the town had no many houses , school and stores. the whole town had one long road leading through the city.
currently, the town was expanded in a field of modernization and urbanization. The farmland was reduced as forests nearby. Several apartment and houses were built in the city’s centre and appeared shops around them. Furthermore, a huge airport site has been built at the farthest point of the city, symbolising develop of the city in technology. Nevertheless, rural areas were not entirely disappeared, some of them kept standing steadily by their time.
