Overall, it is clear that, Springer has experienced significant modernization and development throughout those years.
Go in to details, the noticeable density of population caused to build new apartments in the north and the south of the town. Thus, six apartments have been erected in comparison to 1970 year. Simultaneously, the newly highly developed school and the contemporary airport have been constructed for locals and tourists by the current time. For providing accessibility of the people to products, the amount of shops has been increased from one to six, and all of them locate in the center of Springer. All these alterations influenced structure of the roads, so the roads have been expanded along the town to all directions.
Unfortunately, the development of the city has impacted deforestation, as a result the area of forest decreased sharply from 1970 to the resent time. Likewise, the farmland has been reduced for addition of apartments and shops, nowadays it occupies small field in the south-east of the city.
In conclusion, the whole changes have led to renovation of Springer for creating of the urban.
