The graph illustrates the places where the internet was used and the changes between 1998 and 2004. The units are measured by percentages.

Overall, most of the people accessed the internet at their homes, whereas libraries were always preferred the least for connecting the internet.

More than half of the people used the internet at home in 1998, however it fluctuated and decreased below 50% in 2000, when it started increasing again reaching approximately 55%. Nevertheless, the internet was accessed from libraries had the slightest proportion, which was near 12%. In spite of a small increase up to almost 20%, it dropped down tı 15%.

A period of stability was seen from 1998 to 2002 for people who are surfing the internet at work, by 28%, which was followed by a dip down to 15% in 2004. Additionally, 20% of people at college remained constant between 1998 and 2000 until a minimal growth reaching 25% in 2002. Nonetheless, their rate went down below 20% in 2004.
