The given procedure illustrates how glass bottles are recycled.
Overall, the creation of glass items consists of 6 steps, primarily featuring the use of mechanical tools. Additionally, there are 2 stages involved, namely collection and processing.
The process begins with the collection of used glass bottles, after which they are manually inspected to remove impurities. Next, the pure glass objects are processed through a crushing machine, breaking into innumerable small fragments. These fragments will undergo an advanced system, which is known as Optoelectronic System. At this stage, those of which continue to experience the second purification phase, which is executed by machine in order for further steps.
Regarding the final phases, pieces of glass will be heated to high temperatures to form liquid, and this process is named cullet melting, allowing producers to mold glass into various shapes. Finally, after end products have been created, they enter a new lifecycle.
