Overall, the majority of students express satisfaction and have a favorable impression of the library. However, a higher percentage of postgraduate students are dissatisfied with the range of books compared to undergraduates.
In terms of non-printed materials such as videos and CDs/DVDs, approximately 24% of both groups express dissatisfaction. Conversely, nearly half of the postgraduate students are satisfied with these resources, almost double the percentage of satisfied undergraduate students. Meanwhile, 27% of postgraduate students feel extremely positive about these materials, which is about half the proportion of their undergraduate counterparts.
When it comes to book variety, half of the undergraduate students are content, which is 17% higher than the postgraduate satisfaction rate. The proportion of dissatisfied students is 12% for postgraduates and 22% for undergraduates. More than half of the postgraduate students feel very positive about the book variety, significantly higher than the 28% satisfaction rate among undergraduates.
