The pie charts compare responses of students given on the questionnaire regarding the range of books and non-printed materials(e.g. CD/DVD, video) of a university library.
Overall, only a small sector of the students were unhappy with the library materials, while more than half postgraduates(PG) were very pleased with the diversity of the books, the same was true for undergraduates(UG) when it came to digital media.
In terms of printed media of the library, only a small minority of the PG(12%) thought it was very bad and the figure for the UG was ten precent more(22%). “Satisfactory” option was chosen by exactly one third(33%) of the PG and a half(50%) of the UG. 55% of the PG and 28% of the UG considered the library books to be very good.
When it comes to digital media, postgraduate students very similar: 25% and 27% chose “very bad” and “very good” respectively, and almost a half(48%) of them were satisfied. However UG students had different opinions with 23% of them being okay, 25% having satisfied and notable 52% being very happy.
